About Us
We are Pediatric Occupational and Physical Therapists who believe in promoting play, movement, and creativity in children, and we strive to help children make progress in areas of struggle.
We have worked together over 10 years in a special needs school in New York where we evaluated, problem solved, and collaborated to provide the best treatment strategies for children on our caseloads, and astoundingly made a great team. We both have tremendous passion for working with children, creating fun and individualized activities, and have a similar work ethic.
We have come together once again to create this website where we can share fresh and creative treatment activities and resources for therapists, educators, and parents. We hope you can find this website helpful in providing both virtual and in-person treatment ideas and to make your treatment planning and intervention process a whole lot easier.
I am Hermilee Mae Wang a Physical Therapist, Christian, wife and mom of 2 girls, with over a decade experience in pediatrics, working in special needs schools/DOE, Early Intervention and pediatric clinic settings. My love and dedication to helping children achieve their milestones comes from my belief in God, family, dancing, being fun and creative, cooking and always striving to be learning with a smile. I completed my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana in 2018 and still constantly taking continuing education courses to learn, learn, and learn more! Currently, I am a self taught web designer and graphic artist and have been responsible for making all the graphics and Digital Games in our website.
Hi! I am Yelena Yakubova, a Pediatric Occupational Therapist. working with children for over a decade now. I have conducted numerous evaluations and continue to work with children from birth to 21 years of age in various settings. I have a real passion for working with children and bring my loving, fun, creative, and nurturing personality to therapy each day. I am also a wife and a mother of 3 amazing boys who always keep me on my feet and teach me love, patience, and flexibility,
because like in therapy, what works for one child may not work for another. I am so excited to launch this website to help ease and assist therapists, educators, and parents by sharing treatment activities and ideas to help maximize skills in children with disabilities and/or delays.
